Tanya Andrianova

Tanya Andrianova, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, DataArt
Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Tanya has been with DataArt since 1999 and is in charge of all HR initiatives at the company, including employee recruitment, retention and management. She initiated and oversaw implementation of a comprehensive employee retention program which resulted in a 3% attrition rate at DataArt, the lowest in the industry. Tanya was also instrumental in developing a company-wide employee motivation program, widely acknowledged by clients. She’s a frequent speaker at HRM conferences and events throughout Europe.

Tanya holds a Master of Arts degree in Linguistics from the Russian State Pedagogical University in St. Petersburg.

Peter Atalla

Peter Atalla has been focused on high tech companies in Russia and Eastern Europe for the last decade. He has built several high-tech, high-growth businesses, secured multi-million dollar sales contracts and managed multi-year software development projects.

From 2001 to 2007 he served as CEO of DataArt UK, responsible for the overall growth and strategic development of the company. Prior to that, he was CEO of Black Ink Media, a vertical service provider (VSP) to the broadband streaming market in Europe and the US. Before that he was a technology investment adviser to a private equity London-based fund Serano, where he advised on $140 million worth of deals and was appointed to the board of directors of several portfolio companies, including Australia’s largest mobile portal BlueSkyFrog.com (later acquired by Vodafone).

Peter received a Bachelor of Science degree (with Honors) in Applied Physics from The Nottingham Trent University.

Dmitry Bagrov

As Senior VP of European business, Dmitry is in charge of the company’s executive sales in Europe and oversees all UK accounts. Since assuming this role in 2007, Dmitry has doubled the company’s annual European revenue every year, and has been instrumental in bringing in key clients, including HTC, Betfair, BBDO, Cancer Research UK, CityIndex, Camco and Orbian.

Dmitry joined DataArt in 2000 as a project manager. The following year, to advance DataArt’s sales in Western Europe, he worked on setting up and managing DataArt UK, becoming head of London office and relocating there in 2010. As head of London office, Dmitry oversees all aspects of operations, production and HR management. Over the last year he has hired senior sales executives and onsite project managers, quadrupling UK staff.

Prior to DataArt, he worked as developer and then project manager at Peterlink, one of the oldest and largest telecom companies in Russia’s North-West. Dmitry is a frequent speaker at international industry events. He holds a MS degree in Computer Science from St. Petersburg State University (Russia).

Mike Brett

Vice President of Business Development and Sales for Europe

Mike joined DataArt in 2010 as Vice President of Business Development and Sales for Europe, to further strengthen DataArt’s Capital Markets practice, which has grown by 15% in 2009.

While Capital Markets industry has stabilized and largely returned to growth, the need to do “more with less is as strong as ever, and DataArt’s offering fits the niche for innovative, cost-efficient bespoke solutions in the areas of risk management, portfolio analytics, trade capture, settlement and reconciliation. Mr. Brett works with both buy- and sell-side and is responsible for establishing partnerships with leading technology, market data and analytics vendors in the space.

Prior to joining DataArt, Mike worked in business development for NET2S Capital Markets consultancy which specialized in Electronic Trading, Risk and Trade Management and Data Management. There he spearheaded a new ethical hacking division and Security Consulting practice, contributing to strategic wins of new key clients. He also managed a series of industry seminars and corporate events for NET2S, securing the company’s visibility on the market.

Mike holds a BA in Business Studies from the University of the West of England.

Vitaly Nechaev

Vice President of Engineering

Vitaly Nechaev is a recognized expert in the financial services industry, having spent over a decade in different roles in software development. Vitaly joined DataArt in 2006 as a software developer in Voronezh office and quickly advanced to Chief Architect and then Project Manager positions before becoming Vice President of Engineering and relocating to London in 2010.

In his current role, Vitaly oversees major UK accounts and contributes to closing of new deals in the financial, e-commerce and healthcare sectors. He brings his technology expertise to advance DataArt’s business development efforts and innovation initiatives, and has contributed to a number of internal programs in the financial services aiming at advancing industry expertise in the company.

Prior to DataArt, Vitaly worked as a software developer and system architect for several U.S. and UK-based software development companies. He has a MS with honors in Computer Science from Voronezh State University and holds a PhD in Computer Information Technology from Tambov State Technical University.

John Younghusband

John Younghusband is a well-seasoned executive with experience in the Racing, Banking, Stockbroking, Investment Banking, Travel and Logistics sectors.

At DataArt John works in business development, primarily in capital markets and media, and covers competitor intelligence and sales training for new team members.

During his career John was a stock broker in London, worked on the Institutional sales desk at Standard Chartered in Hong Kong, headed up the research team at Serano, a private equity company in London, and then worked as a consultant in the ICT Practice at Frost & Sullivan on projects for clients such as Cisco, BT, Sony, Lucent and Cable & Wireless. Prior to that he was a ‘Deckie’ on a prawn trawler on the Barrier Reef, ‘Jackaroo’ on the world’s largest cattle station in Northern Territory, Australia, and lead travel groups around South America.

John studied at The City University Business School in London where he obtained his Securities Institute Diploma. He’s also a Registered Representative of Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Registered Representative of TSA/FSA in London.
