When discussing a Custom Development project with a client, our first consideration is Team Ramp-up and Training. Our proprietary training and domain knowledge sharing system allows us to save up to six weeks of critical start-up time, providing better quality early in the process.
Straight Through Processing (STP) Integration
We are often hired to connect disparate systems that were not built to work together:
- Integration between portfolio/position management system and an accounting engine for complex products
- Eliminating double-entry for securities T&C and corporate actions by establishing a central Reference Data repository
When we prepare to launch Integration projects, we focus on the systems and competitive landscape research. We measure our success by:
- Time to deployment;
- Flexibility and maintainability - systems and formats change, our systems must be ready
- Adoption impact - time and money saved with integration
